Monique Meche is Senior Managing Director, Global Policy and Government Affairs for Cisco Systems. She has responsibility for driving the company’s public policy goals on a broad range of issues including technology and environment policy with a focus on Europe and Emerging Market countries. She is also part of Cisco’s leadership team in Ireland and is active driving business development activities for the company in Europe.Monique holds a B.A. degree in Economics from Tulane University (New Orleans) and holds graduate degrees in economics from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques (Paris) and the College of Europe (Bruges, Belgium). Monique has lived and worked in numerous European countries, the US and Japan and speaks fluent French, German and Japanese.
