Jenni Timony founded Doolittles Sandwiches in 2003 as an expansion of her café side-line of making pre-packed sandwiches for local shops. Doolittles is now the third largest pre packed sandwich producer in Ireland producing over 8,000 sandwiches per day, including sandwiches, wraps, and rolls - all freshly handmade. Jenni has expanded to Dublin Cork and Waterford and plans to be nationwide by end 2008.
