Joe Gantly is the Chairman and CEO of SensL,a high tech company specializing in Lo Light detection based in Cork. Joe joined Apple in 1990 and held positions in Operations and Logistics before being Managing Director for European Operations and Service from 1998 to 2005. In addition to his role in SensL he is the Chairman of the Cork Airport Authority, the Chairman of the National Institute for Bioprocessing Research and Training ,performs non executive director roles in the Cork Chamber of Commerce,the Tyndall Institute in Cork,a number of High Tech companies and is a member of the Governing Board of UCC.
